My partner is a senior programmer Navman, so I had to ask.
Unfortunately, this software is no longer commercially available (it is old, if not longer supported), but studies show progs on eBay. You can find someone with an old device that is cheap, and get the installation CD in this way.
Sorry, I can not give a satisfactory answer. (But hey, I'm glad this is probably the only time that I be able to answer a question in the category Software!)
