I want their mileage, and even change every 300-500 miles, but it seems to hold well over at last. I think because the running shoes, all is of course longer. So, if you use the roads, mines in the general collapse after 700 miles.

I would be every 3 months. Given how they run and how many miles you can do. I must also say I am envious. I wish I could run a mile.

Every six months should be sufficient, without the bank. I ran track and cross-country long-haul for four years in high school and it is recommended to replace the shoes twice a year. I would say that my mileage per day was too similar to yours and have no problems or injuries had new shoes every 6 months. Be sure to buy quality running shoes with cushioned enough, but to support them.

Say I'm 6'3 "and ill go 300-350 miles around the shoes. But really only when the body says to him or his time. Many running injuries are the cause of the shoe. Just pay attention to their bodies and you will know, but I do what has worked the 300 miles so far.
Happy New Year to all!

Hello! I have for over 14 years and lived by the following rule. My track coach at school told me that I should have several pairs of shoes per year and a day per week. For example, I will start 6 days a week, should, therefore, have 6 pairs of slides per year, which decomposes to the place every 2 months. Now, I find 5 7 miles almost every morning with a long duration (12 + miles) per day on weekends. How to wear shoes, no doubt because of the high mileage more often than you, but you are bigger and wear shoes. I would say to change your shoes every 3 months and not use them for something else, like walking through the mall, so your foot touches the ground otherwise when running and walking, he should be given to the operation of the slide if you allow your finances.

Happy Trails!
