1. This caviar has a wonderful filling for an omelette. Boil the eggs for an omelette, as you would normally. If you're almost done, spread a few spoonfuls of sour cream on them, add a line "Of all the caviar (pencil-size line will do), sprinkle a little chopped chives, then fold the tortilla and enjoy.

2. Use caviar as a garnish in almost all savory snacks. For example, stuffed eggs, potato pancakes, or the size of the U.S. dollar, are back with a spoonful of sour cream (sour cream and caviar perfectly matched to each other) like lamb and mint.

In addition, if caviar seems irresistible to you, in a colander and rinse gently with cold water before use. Sun can be less salty.

What I love more than a tortilla shrimp with caviar and shallot instead of using a ton of salt. Simply spread them on the tortilla, then top with cheese and melt under the broiler for a minute or two the cheese. This softens the flavor and salt.

Caviar - the kind of cheap anyway - more than food for the decoration directly. You can also use it on the pizza, grinders, and wherever you want, add salt.

Try putting a few potatoes, caviar (or sweet potato) pancakes with sour cream.

Here is a sample recipe from Wolfgang Puck, with smoked salmon and dill sauce. Enjoy.
