Snapshots are used to the previous version of files to restore accidentally deleted or changed. If you accidentally delete is stored, or rename a file or folder, can you back a shadow copy of the file or folder, but you must know the location of the file or folder. To deleted a file or a folder or renamed, follow these steps:
Click to open the documents.
Click on the arrow next to the folder in the lower left area.
In the Folder List, open the folder containing the file or folder is deleted or renamed.
Click anywhere in the folder (without selecting a file or a folder), then click Restore previous versions.
Double-click on an earlier version of the folder containing the file or folder that you want to restore. (For example, if a file was deleted today, choose a version of the kit yesterday, which should contain the file.)
In the folder, drag the file or restore the folder that you want at another location, such as the desktop or another folder.
