Chili Infused Oil I've Just Been Given A Bottle Of Chilli Infused Vinegar, It Has A Load Of Chilies And Garlic Soaked In Vinegar?

I've just been given a bottle of chilli infused vinegar, it has a load of chilies and garlic soaked in vinegar? - chili infused oil

Does anyone use a recipe for vinegar? and I can myself or chili are just there to gflavour vinegar?

    Add the oil can make the best popcorn in your area

    Mix 1 part vinegar to three parts olive oil and voila a taste of chili sauce.
